1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged apparel items within 48 Hours (2 Days) from the date of Delivery. 
  • All items must have their original tags and packaging intact. 
  • Personalized and custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Defective or Damaged Items:

  •  If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team at +91 90547 09991 within 2 days of receiving the product. 
  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
    • Log on to www.v4mfashions.in and go to My Account 
    • Go to the “Order History” section and select the order containing the item you wish to return or exchange.
    • Click on the “Return/Exchange” button and follow the instructions provided.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
  • Please include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email in the package.

5. Refunds and Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6.Exchange: 

  • Unfortunately, we do not exchange the products for other colour or price as of now.

7.  Final Sale Items:

  • Some items may be marked as “Final Sale,” and they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This information will be clearly stated on the product page.
